Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverviewOur Property Management company is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Philadelphia, PA! Interested and Qualified applicants should submit a resume and answer screening questions!ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Onsite maintenance and grounds-keeping functionsPhysical condition of the property including vacant units, common areas, and amenitiesComplete work orders, vacant unit turns, preventative maintenance, grounds, and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlinesAll other related tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager/Regional ManagerSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Previous property maintenance experience, multifamily residential highly preferredExperience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair requiredPrevious experience with Apartment Turns/Make-Ready, Grounds requiredEPA Certified, CPO Certified, and Boiler License preferredWorking knowledge of industry standards and regulations encompassing all aspects of property maintenanceStrong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicatorAbility to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writingDetail oriented and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment is requiredMust have reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseWork hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include weekend work hours.
