Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant with strong corporate experience to provide administrative and operational support to a Vice President. The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting senior executives, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Calendar, along with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment is essential.
