As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Records in Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location you will welcome residents and visitors manage access monitor activity and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to maintain a welcoming environment. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors and staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at the front desk.
• Greet visitors manage access in accordance with site policies and maintain accurate visitor records as required.
• Monitor front-desk communications receive calls and deliveries and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following emergency response procedures.
• Document incidents observations and security-related activities and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
