Suncoast Spotless, LLC, doing business as Office Pride of Tampa-Clearwater, provides professional commercial cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, schools, churches, banks, and other businesses in the Town 'N' Country, Tampa West, and nearby communities. About The Position As

at Office Pride, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our clients' facilities remain clean, organized, and well-maintained. Your work will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and creating a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
• Empty trash bins and handle recycling responsibly.
• Clean desks, furniture, doors, interior windows, and other surfaces.
• Restock paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, and other supplies as needed.
• Keep hallways, entrances, and common areas clean.
• Report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and company safety policies.
• Represent Office Pride professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning or concierge work preferred, but not necessary. We offer training.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift objects, and climb stairs when necessary.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Work Details

Town 'N' Country, Tampa West, and nearby areas.

Monday to Friday, starting approximately at 5:30 p.m.

Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with opportunities to earn extra hours.

• $15 per hour to start.
• $16 per hour after successfully completing the trial period.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
