At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review At least 2 years of experience in Vertex Web services, Vertex Databases.Thorough understanding of Vertex Central and its components - My Enterprise, tax Setup, Tools & Reporting Experience with Batch Client Interface (BCI) interface tools, OIC (Oracle Integration Component), RTE (Retail Tax Extract), Web Services Live Call (XML), Windows Services for Vertex applicationPackages System implementation with n-tier architecture (ex. Citrix, Application Server, Web Server, Database Server etc.)Facilitate resolution of customer issues by logging and verifying bugs/enhancementsPerforming on-site client work and troubleshooting, dial-in services and 24x7 beeper support as necessary to debug customer issues.Experience in Java, J2EE with Web server experience (i.e. Apache webserver, IBM server, IIS).Experience in Application server and Web services ( i.e. WebLogic, Websphere, Oracle Application Server) Database experience( Oracle, SQL) Knowledge of LDAP or other security authentication systems a plusExperience in Order to Cash and\or Purchase to Pay conceptsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
