As a Food Runner, you act as the critical link between the kitchen and the dining room, delivering dishes with precision, pride, and personality. Your energy, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs directly impact the guest experience.

• Organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of attention to plate presentation and service details.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver with warmth and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dishes swiftly and accurately, confidently describing each plate to guests.
• Confirm food accuracy and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Engage guests at the table to ensure satisfaction and assist with additional needs.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to maintain service flow.
• Retrieve necessary condiments, silverware, or additional items to complement meals.
• Assist servers with table maintenance and service tasks during quieter periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service area and expo line.
