Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Columbia, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general apartment maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents.
